Shipping
We currently ship within Cambodia. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Because the Black Dragon Collection is produced in small batches, all sales are final — we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review each case individually and, where approved, arrange a replacement or store credit. In these cases, NEAK Sport covers the cost of return shipping; for anything outside a confirmed defect or error, the customer covers return shipping.
