NEAK is a Cambodia-born running movement for people who want to push past insecurity, face discomfort, and get stronger — together.
You do not need to be the fastest. You just need to show up and not quit.
Founded in 2023 by Christopher Chea, NEAK started with one idea: build a place where people could face discomfort together and come out stronger.

Rome 2026For Christopher, this is personal. A serious leg incident in childhood left him carrying insecurity about running, speed, and what his body could do. He grew up feeling behind. Instead of letting that decide who he was, he used running to face it.
NEAK was born from that uncomfortable place — from doubt, from insecurity, from not feeling fast enough. It exists for people who feel the same. The ones who hesitate. The ones who think they are not strong enough to start.
So the standard here is not speed, and it is not perfection. The standard is courage. The standard is discipline. The standard is becoming better than yesterday.
What started as running became something deeper — a community built on discipline, pain, progress, and the belief that nobody gets stronger by staying where it feels safe.
No need to be fast. No need to be ready. Just show up, move with the pack, and earn the morning. Bring your shoes. Bring your doubt. Leave with discipline.
Structured coaching for 10K, 21K and 42K, led by Coach Terrence Lai, Cambodian national athlete.
Saturday builds the habit. A plan builds the result. If you are chasing a distance or a time, this is where the work gets organised into weeks instead of guesswork.
NEAK is for people who want more than a casual run. Here, you show up with doubt, insecurity and discomfort — and you move anyway.
The pack does not demand perfection. It demands effort. Come to build discipline, to stop training alone, to prepare for a race, or simply to prove to yourself that you can start.

You never need an account to run with us. Turn up on Saturday and you are one of the pack. An account is for when you want the club to remember what you did.
Saturday, 5:30 AM, Élysée Koh Pich. Come a few minutes early and say it is your first time. Someone will find you, walk you through the route, and run with you. Pacers at the front, sweepers at the back. Nobody gets left behind.
Bring: shoes, water, and a willingness to be uncomfortable for a while.
Track every run, earn badges, join challenges, sync Strava, and take on a training plan. It is how the club keeps count of what you have put in.
Every Saturday, 5:30 AM, Élysée Koh Pich.

We are not here for comfort.
We are not here to look strong.
We are here to become strong.
Before the city wakes, we move.
Through heat, pain, silence and doubt, we move.
Every breath is earned.
Every kilometre is a choice.
Every sunrise is proof.
We run for the pack.
We run to become better than yesterday.
NEAK collaborates with brands that understand discipline, performance and community. We do not place logos for decoration. Every partner adds something to the runners, the experience, or the movement.
NEAK runs on volunteers, not staff. Every run, every post, every route depends on a team that protects the movement from the inside. These are not corporate roles. They are real jobs inside a running community.
Protects how NEAK looks, sounds and feels — social content, campaign visuals, apparel and storytelling. Keeps the brand dark, disciplined and true to the movement.
Turns ideas into execution. Handles the structure behind each run — route, timing, setup, safety, volunteers, and the details that make NEAK feel organised.
Protects the energy of the pack. Welcomes runners, supports beginners, keeps the group connected, and makes sure NEAK stays intense but never ego-driven.
You do not need to be perfect. You just need to show up, take responsibility, and help move the pack forward.
