Training is the only shortcut.
Structured plans, built for Phnom Penh heat, led by people who run them too.
Why structured training
A weekly run builds the habit. A program builds the runner.
Every NEAK plan is tested against one question: would this survive a 10K in Phnom Penh heat? No generic templates — built for this city, this climate, this community.
How it works
Choose the distance that matches your goal — 10K, 21K or 42K. Not sure? Come to a Saturday run and a coach will point you at the right block.
